Refund policy
Every artwork at AestheticsXart is made to order, just for you. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
Returns and exchanges
Because each print, canvas, framed print and phone case is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or colour preference.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@aestheticsxart.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (front and back) showing the issue
- Photos of the packaging, outside and inside
You do not need to send the item back. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days.
Lost packages
If your order hasn’t arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and send a free replacement if your package is lost.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us with your order number. Once production has started, orders can’t be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
